Dear Polly...

When it comes to perfumes I rarely try anything new. Most scents give me a headache because they're too strong, or they have some strange note in them that puts me in a bad mood....Now that I think about it, it's probably just me! LOL - Now with that being said...There is always an exception to the rule! I'm a sucker for a beautiful bottle and exceptional packaging. 

Per weekend protocol, I went out shopping. As I was browsing through the cosmetics counter (my favorite spot in any specialty store), I came across a beautiful yellow bottle that took my breath away. Hello, Vilhelm Parfumerie (also known as my new favorite scent line). I always tend to lean towards floral and fresh scents that are usually very young, so I wanted to try something a little more sophisticated. The woman at the counter (dressed in all black with a pristine mani - so I trusted her, obviously) suggested "Dear Polly". The scent was created as a love letter to the creators wife. So .Cute. I. Cant.

If I had to describe the scent in 4 words I would say: romantic, endearing, cheeky. Perf.

Dear Polly,
Your scent is fire.
